'Soon,' he cackled to his trembling generals, 'every egg in Avalar will be mine!' Far away, a small purple dragon landed softly on a cliff edge, his golden eyes narrowing at the distant threat. Beside him, Sparx buzzed anxiously, ready for anything. 'Not today,' Spyro whispered, breathing a flame that lit up the twilight sky. The war was on.
